Both online and offline, MHOOM offers you a 14-day inspection period.
Within this period, you can indicate that you want to return your order. Returns can be made by post, preferably well packaged, and you will pay the costs of the return shipment yourself. You must then ensure that we have received your return within 14 days (but preferably sooner).
We trust that you have handled the item with care. Any damage to the item will be deducted from the purchase amount; it will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
Items purchased in our sale (in-store only) cannot be exchanged or returned.

If there is something wrong with the item you have purchased, let us know as soon as possible (but in any case within 14 days). Then you can return it free of charge.
If possible, you will receive a replacement item; otherwise the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.
Damage caused by careless handling, or not washing or ironing according to the washing instructions, is not seen as a defect or defect.
Exchange or return only with proof of purchase.

The shipping costs to Belgium are € 13,50, to Germany € 16,50 and to France € 16,50.

If you place your order with MHOOM before 2:00 PM (before 12:00 PM on Saturday), we will do our best to have the package shipped the same day (provided stock is sufficient).
Please note that if the store is very busy, your package may not be sent until the next workday.
Orders placed on days when we are closed will be processed on the next day we are open again.
